Recently I received a copy of Fifth Way's debut CD, 'No Boundaries'. Being a fan of hard driving rock and roll their CD was right up my alley. These guys have a great sound. The very first thing I noticed was the incredible guitar tones. I thought to myself "that has to be a Les Paul/Marshall combo". These guys are definitely pro's. I was particularly drawn to track 4 "Never gonna be". It's a fantastic rock anthem built on strong vocal melodies, rhythmic dynamics with a splash of ambient piano. While this track perfectly captures the more melodic side of the band, the rest of the CD is overflowing with testosterone laden grooves intended to inspire the most critical listener.
